This class is a small-group training program designed for those just beginning their fitness journey.

Our certified group trainer will incorporate functional exercises, anatomy integration, body awareness cues, and habitual patterning in order to help you gradually and safely build strength. You’ll learn many different exercises and you’ll use various tools, including dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and gym machines.

This program is recommended for those with beginner fitness levels. Participants meet 2x/week for 4 weeks.
