Stronger You Circuit

Stronger You Circuit is a small-group, women’s-only program designed to help you to increase your strength in an effective and challenging way. Our certified trainer incorporates functional exercises, anatomy integration, body awareness cues, and habitual patterning to set the stage for building strength. You’ll learn many different exercises and you’ll use various tools, including dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX bands, and gym machines.

Participants will meet 2x/week to help establish accountability, commitment, and consistency. Registration occurs monthly, and as the routines are constantly changing, you can repeat the program as many times as you like.

This program is recommended for those with beginner-intermediate fitness levels.

Students & Seniors receive a 25% discount (only available when registering in person).
