Classes

Circuit Bootcamp

Led by a BCRPA certified group fitness instructor, this 55 minute outdoor class covers everything you need for a total body workout – body weight exercises, resistance bands, TRX, metabolic conditioning, weights, sandbags, and battle ropes.

This class is rain or shine, so be sure to come prepared for any weather. If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it along with you.

Days & Times

  • Mondays: 6:15pm
  • Wednesdays 6:15pm
  • Fridays: 5:15pm

Core & Stretch

Led by a BCRPA certified group fitness instructor, this 55 minute outdoor class focuses on core exercises for the first half the class and deep, total body stretching for the second half of the class.

This class is rain or shine, so be sure to come prepared for any weather. If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it along with you.

Days & Times:

  • Fridays: 6:15pm

Cardio & Core

Led by a BCRPA certified group fitness instructor, this 55 minute outdoor class focuses first on cardiovascular strengthening and endurance, through the use of the track, the stairs, and plyometric exercises. For the second half of the class, core exercises will be emphasized.

This class is rain or shine, so be sure to come prepared for any weather. If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it along with you.

  • Thursdays: 5:30am
