Led by a BCRPA certified group fitness instructor, this 55 minute outdoor class covers everything you need for a total body workout – body weight exercises, resistance bands, TRX, metabolic conditioning, weights, sandbags, and battle ropes.
This class is rain or shine, so be sure to come prepared for any weather. If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it along with you.

5 CLASS DROP IN – $60 PLUS GST ($15/CLASS)
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Your 5 class pass begins on the first day you start classes and expires in 60 days.
- There are absolutely no refunds after the start date of the pass.
- There are no refunds or credits given if a class must be cancelled.
